Upgrade 7821 to Multiplatform firmware for third-party call control

Hello,

we need to convert some IP-phones 7821 from CUCM to third-party call control for a customer.

From the guide I've found I get informations about converting the phone for migrating to Webex Calling, but not for using it with third party. 

If I have the license file, it is possible to convert the phone using a TFTP server and changing the setting on the phone?

Any help is appreciated.

I was able to convert a phone, but now I don't understand where I can set user/password and the server.
