Upgrade CUCM 5.1 to 7.1

Hi,

Does anybody odered upgrade CUCM 5.1 to 7.1? We have cluster of 2 servers - Publisher and subscriber with CCM 5.1 and want to upgrade to 7.1

Our sales-manager suggest to buy two software, for publisher and subscriber server. Is it true?

As I think, we can install one image on two servers.

Hello,

First of all you need to purchase CUCM Upgrade license 5.1 to 7.1 from cisco., Its a direct upgrade 5.1.3 to 7.1.

Software you could get it from cisco or download the image and burn into a DVD.
