Upgrade failed 7.1 to 8.6 need to locate - installdb_l2.log & installdb_l2.log.err files

Hello

I'm currently upgrading CUCM cluster from 7.1 to 8.6 to finish  in 10.5.

However I've a problem for my first upgrade 7.1 to 8.6 who was failed  and for identifying the issue and I want for looking in the installdb_l2.log & installdb_l2.log.err files because I suspect an database problem ( bad entries ), the SQL rep is ok ( status & runtime ).

But I can't found these files in inactivelog  cm/trace/dbl/sdi/ do you know where I can find these files ? or otherwise files what I need to check ?

Hi Christophe,

Have you checked using teh cli command mentioned here as its the same for CUCM as well:

But I've already collect these files And I didn't found any interresting informations for understanding the root cause of failing upgrade.
