Upgrade firmware 7912 ip phone

I want to upgrade the firmware of individual cisco 7912 ip phone for testing purpose in cisco call manager 4.3 enviornment in production.

Where should i copy the new firmware in call manager 4.3 in such a way that the old firmware is not replaced.

Also please let me know which 7912 firmware is the latest one for call manager 4.3.

You find the latest firmware going to 7912 download area.

There is no need to test, it works ok.

The latest Firmware for the 7912 is 8-0-4

Follow the steps in the attached doc to note the device defaults and load an individual

IP Phone.
