Upgrade questions CCM 4.0(2) to 4.1(3)

Set to upgrade from 4.02 to 4.13 this weekend.  Checking the caveats a major one is

Important: Remove any call forwarding that is set on voice-mail ports that are used only for outbound calls and message waiting indication.

Where exactly to I disable these call forwards?
