We did a upgrade to 7.1.2 and today users complained of call issues. It turns out the Visual and Audio setting in all the pick up groups was turned on ,when at 6.1.2 it was turned off- anyone else had this ?

Hi
I made un upgrade from 4.2.3 to 7.1.5 but i had no problem with the Pick up groups
I had a problem with the password of the end users but that was it
You can have a look in Service Parameters Configurations
Server:
Service : Cisco Call Manager(Active)

thanks, looked at them and they are as below. However would the upgrade overwrite anything at CUCM 6?
We did the following so the phone loads were kept

The upgrade shoud keep all setting intact as far as i know
I never do un upgrade from 6 to 7 but from 4 to 7 all settings were saved via DMA and remains intact excluding the passwords of the ccm end users
