upgrade to 8845 handset screen showing Unprovisioned

Gents, 
Good day. 

Need you kind support to assist in the below issue. 

I were having CISCO 7821 and there were no issue with the phone and working fine. 

 

and now i have ordered 8845 and plug it but the phone shows Unprovisioned. 
do i have to do something with call manager ? 

I have a zero experience with IP phones. !

Have you configured the phone on CUCM ?
Is the phone getting an ip address from the DHCP server ?
Try configuring phone manually by entering the IP address, subnet , tftp etc manually on the phone.

thanks for your reply. 

trying DHPC AUTO IP and tryed Manual confogration and still same "Unprovisioned" apper. 
Do i have to configer anything in the Call manager or anywhere else  ? 

Do you have any other 8845 configured on CUCM ?
Hope you have provided a directory no. to the phone that you are configuring.
CAn you share the screenshot of the phone details on the CUCM page.
Try to ping the IP of phone by CUCM CLI and see if it is ping-able or not.

our networking team inform me that this type of phone is not supported in our CME .
and we should contact the supplier to get the firmware of this exact model.

we have tried to configured it in one similar type which is 8945 but it didnt work as will.
