We must set up 80 laptops at people's homes with Cisco IP Communicator software. They will have VPN access and access to active directory info. The webex video I saw requires the installer (me) to run the app first time as administrator to enter the user ID and server info, close the app, then open as the user.
Is this needed? If so I want to automate that by writing to the registry or writing a config file. Please answer this and I have a couple more questions.
