Hi All

users from one site are not able to make the coneference calls. Prior to this users were able to make conference calls.

We have configured MGCP configuration. When we shift the traffic to PSTN. Conference calls works fine. As we shift the traffic back to WAN Link conference calls are dropping.

We had done with the changes of  Conference bridge order but no positive result found.

We tested (When the traffic is going through WAN Link)

Although the conference bridge appeared to join the 4 calls the Mobile phone rtps streams were not active

.

Each of the tests involved 2 Ip Phones and 2 Mobile phones.

When running the conference via WAN Link the mobile phones lost their RTP streams and no voice either way could be heard, however the IP phones were actively running RTP sessions and could hear voice both ways

PFA For the Logs during the test Window

Thanks For Help

Are you using hardware conferencing resources? If not, verify that you have transcoding resources.

Are you using G.729 for the WAN? Verify that the users MRGL has the hardware conferencing resources, on the top of the MRG list.

Have you verified routing between the WAN, firewall, phones and your hardware resource router?

Hi Yosh

I checked the routing as well as hardware resources. But didnt find any error.

Do you have a firewall between the WAN. If so, verify with the security team that they are not seeing any blocks in traffic, during a test call.
