We have certain users who cannot retrieve certain voicemail messages. We are running a cluster of unity connection 8.5 servers. Has anyone else experience this issue? If so, how did you go about troubleshooting and resolving?

They are trying to retrieve their voicemail via phone and they receive a message indicating that the voicemail message is not retrievable.

Have they tried using PCA or Exchange if you have SIB?

I've tried the web inbox, but the browser appears stuck on loading. I'm not sure if it's an active x or java issue.

Managed to get the web inbox working. However, when trying to listen to the particular voicemail I receive a QuickTime error. Also, tried to download the wav file and received an error while downloading.
