User getting error when she trying to login to Cisco Jabber ( user is inactive ) and she was connected before normally . Appreciate your kind support please and FYI we are working in Boubyan Bank

That's a very low information post.

What is the error?

You have some logs?

Did you check the settings of the user in CUCM and / or Windows?
