I've been seeing an error message in my Call Manager 8.6 publisher. I can log on to the CUCM Admin page but click on a link and I sometimes get "User is not authorized to view this page". If I ignore it and reselect the link it just goes past it. I am using a local user account (I made a person administrator account as an application user) that has always worked fine in the past. I use this account 99% of the time so I don't know if it's confined to just that account or what. I see this error about 5% of the time. I usually use IE9 for my browser, is that the issue? I looked up the error on Cisco's support page and found this.....

I really don't want to bother TAC on such a small issue but I don't want it to get worse. Anyone have any dealings with this?

If these don't seem to be what's causing the issue, go ahead and open a TAC
remember, that is what they are there for You can open a case right from this page;
