User-locale on cisco 7937

Hi,

I have a cisco 7937 and I would like to use it in french.

I have configurated user-locale FR on the telephony-services

but when I reset the 7937 I can see in the debug

Looking for French_France/rp-sccp.jar

This file is not included on the franch language package extracted on the flash:

Someone can help me ?

What version of CallManager are you using? Localization for a 7937 is supported on CUCM 5.x and higher.

Hi,

Did you ever resolve this?  I have the same problem for both French & Spanish with Communications Manager Express 7.1.  The rp-sccp.jar file is missing from all of the 7.0 Localization file packs.
