Hi Everyone
I seem to be getting reports from the field of people needing to have their Unity connection pins reset numerous times. Some but not all will no doubt be users forgetting their pins but I want to pull up a log to see if the system is detecting anything going on wit the account. Does anyone know where to pull an audit log to see this information?

Hi Karl.
Go to Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability --> Tools-->> reports
There you can find failed login attempts for e defined period.
That could be a starting point
Audit log can be found using real time monitoring tools

I haven't used audit logs that much in RTMT. Any clues on where to look and what to look for?
