Users are complaining that the backlight is 1) on too long 2) too bright.
I can change the contrast in the user preferences but not the brightness.
Anyone know if this is even possible ?
This is on a 2951 running CME9 (SCCP)

It is not possible to change brightness. Try some shadowing film on it.

We are awaiting a reload of the router for another reason (activating a license) then we'll see the effect of these settings.

There is no need to wait router reload to try phone settings.
