Using AXL to update partition of Hunt PIlot?

Ive used a Perl script before to insert translation patterns from a CSV file into a call manager database, however, i now have a requirement to modify the partition that 350 hunt pilots sit in on a call manager 7.1.5.

Does anyone have an applicable script or can help me with any programming guides for this and/or the tags i need to use?

This would be much appreciated to save it having to be done manually!
