using correct cptone locale but not hearing the correct tone

Hello,

I have configured my 3845 voice gateway (using IOS c3845-ipvoicek9-mz.124-23.bin) with the correct cptone locale.  My device is located in the Philippines so I used "cptone PH".  However, I am not hearing the correct tone.

Any idea where the problem is?

cptone can be wrong.

Use instead a custom cptone.

thank you... i tried using "cptone C1" and "cptone C2" and now i'm hearing the ringtone... but my question is, why "cptone PH" is not producing the correct tone?  is this an IOS bug?

Also it happens that in the same country different tones are used, or are sometime changed.
