I am using cucm 8 with cups 7 , is it possible for this integration to work ? . I see that there is a problem in controlling the desk phone . Can this be solved or I must upgrade the cups also ?

Please refer to the following software compatibility matrix for CUPS 7.x:

CUCM 8.x is not listed there, hence not supported.
