Using integrated services router to do conferencing

Hi Forum,

I don't have a CCM, can i use cisco 2811 to do multiple parties conferencing?

I have 6 2811 routers at different sites connected to PABX, the PABX is connected directly to PSTN, the router is used to link the different sites together.

You can try meet-me conferencing by configuring one router as CME.

You might need some IP phones anyway to control the conference features.
