Using IP Communicator on Zero Clients

Dear all,

We are planning to use zero clients for desktop virtualisation in our contact center.

Does anyone used the zero clients with Teradici chipset and VMWare View (Wyse, LG, Samsung, DELL...)?

Does anyone tried Cisco IP Communicator on a Zero Client ?

If yes, was the headset using Jack or USB ?

IPC is NOT supported for HVDs.

Even with Cisco 21XX/22XX clients you are limited to deskphone control.

Only the 6215 and VXC 4000 can be used for softphone control and get the rtp directly to the endpoint.
