Using SPA phone as a speaker

Hi everybody

i have some spare spa921 and spa941 in my office, and i'm thinking of using one of them as a speaker.

I mean putting it in a room, connected to the network and set it to automaticaly pick up calls , and send caller voice through the external speaker.

It could be a cheap way to have an announcements loudspeaker.. anybody knows how to achieve this?

In CME, we have paging or intercom, both ring the phone but with the mic muted, so it is touch to talk:

Not sure if this is exactly what you were looking for but it could be a good start.
