utils command on CUCM

Hi.

I have CUCM 9.1.  I needs to use "utils" command on CLI but it says Unrecognized command. How can I make the command available? Thank you.

I upgraded iOS and my CME also got upgraded to CME 10 automatically. Then I could register by fast track.

IOS upgrade and CME version are tied together that is the reason i told you to upgrade IOS
