Running Communications Manager 8.5(1) with mostly 3945 router running 15.1(4)M6 at remote sites. Having an issue with dropped calls. The Caller Termination Cause is showing as "Temporary Failure". All sites are dropping calls from time to time with the same Cause. I was wondering if anyone had any issues like this with Verizon SIP server and Communications Manager or the gateways.
Let's collect debug voice ccapi inout and debug ccsip message for a failed call and check who is disconnecting the call.
