Hi all,
The VG-224 stuck port after receiving a call from a IPphone,
to resolve this incident I have to remove the line of analog phone in the CCM and add again. Has anyone ever seen this?
The only information I found about it is CSCeh56434 but I can not access it

Which IOS version?
Which CUCM version?
Which device hangs up first analog or IP Phone?
Can we get:
debug sccp messages
debug vpm signal
deb voip ccapi inout
deb voip app stcapp port x/y << port in question

Before enable debugs I would like to know the cause for the state in analog phone

but does not say the cause of this state.
