I was upgrading the IOS and  got a head of myself and didn't name the file I loaded into slot0. Does anyone know how to remove an unnamed file in slot0?

Hi Dan,

I suppose the name of file is slot0 itself.

You have got two options .

Option 1:

You can try erasing .

use the command erase slot0:slot0 and then, run the command show slot0: to check whether it has been deleted or not.

Option 2:

other way round, you can download the existing vg224-i6k9s-mz.151-4.M10.bin and then, erase slot0: completely .

Now, again run show slot0:

The available total space should be 28951136x2. During this , do not switch off VG224. Now again upload , vg224-i6k9s-mz.151-4.M10.bin  and then, finally desired one.
