VG202 and Cisco 2821 with 12.4(24)T2 CUCME 7.1(0)

Hi Community.

I like to add a VG202 out of the box to the Cisco 2821 with 12.4(24)T2 CUCME 7.1(0).

Is that an easy step. Just get the Adapter out of the Box, connect to the Voice Network and add the ephone to the config. Like below ?

This is the config with an ATA 186 Adapter.
