VG202 fax issue

Hi  There

I got a problem to allow VG202 to receive fax

Normal fax with the VG202 is fine, now we have a fax server sit within our network, when we send email to the fax server, it will covert the email to pdf file and send to fax machines connect to the VG.

I can see the logical linke has been setup between fax server and VG, the link is up for about 10 to 15 seconds and then was closed. During the connection when I type show voice call summary, it shows the status FXSLS_CONNECT, then after 15 seconds, the link was closed and the call being dropped, no fax was sent

any suggestion will be appreciate

If you are a Cisco Partner & you are using Cisco FAX Server then, you can also approch the Cisco FAX server support team at Cisco_Fax_Server@external.cisco.com
