VG20XXM - SIP Option is not working

I recently installed 8 VG20XXM analog gateway to my CUCM cluster via SIP TRUNK but seeing this error;

Not In full service (please check SS).

In the SIP on CUCM, it says; status down, status reason local=1

I have another model gateways with same configuration but they work properly. What might be the problem?

That code is request timeout, make sure there is nothing preventing the connectivity and that all the IP/hostname/fqdn in use are the correct ones and resolvable.

Hello, Yes it is resolvable, connection is stable.

Please add a "show run" from the VG and also enable the following -

debug ccsip mesasge
debug ccsip non-call

Let it run for sometime and then collect them and attach here.
