Hi,

What do you see in your SRST when doing "show ephone" ?

If no DN you'll have to add a station-id number under each voice-ports on the VG224 to get the SRST to be populate with the Directo Numbers

What about "show stcapp dev summ"? Are the Ports showing registered? Do they show the extension?

Can you post the complete configuration?

You can capture:

debug voip application stcapp port [voice-port number]

debug vpm signal

debug sccp event

debug voip ccapi inout

You shouldn't...

Are you using call-manager-fallback?

What is the max-ephones configured for srst?

Can you see the registration attempt from the VG224 on the SRST GW?

Hi,

What do you see in your SRST when doing "show ephone" ?

If no DN you'll have to add a station-id number under each voice-ports on the VG224 to get the SRST to be populate with the Directo Numbers

HTH

Thank you so so much guy.richard.

Finally worked but on the srst router still doesnot show the dn when i issue show ephone but works ,do you know any document that is covering vg224 in srst mode,i searched but couldn't find.

Thanks again .

Glad this helped you.

I do not know good documentation on this subject. Only some experiences (good ones and bad ones)

Depending on what IOS version you use you may use also "fallback-dn xxxx" under

"stcapp supplementary-services"   "voice-port".

Configuring SRST gateway as n+1 ccm in SCCP

I think you've made the job

If I remumber I effectively saw CG224 ephone-dn's in SRST

Sorry can you explain to me more what you meant about this new configuration, can u provide me a sample config.

I also now have other problem the analog phones can't call the ip phones but calls externally work normal while the ip phones can call internally and externally.

Can you help me in this also ,it's my first time to work with vg224.

Thanks in advance.

IS it could be cause these ip phones has the same dn shared with the analog phones.

normally not in srst mode these line are shared between analog phones and ip phones.
