VG224 MGCP Call Disconnect

Hi All,

We have PSTN GWs (H.323) and VG224 (MGCP) and CUCM 7.1. everything works fine except one of our elevator phones. When we press the call button from within the elevator, the call comes into the VG224 but gets disconnected 2 seconds after the call is answered. The elevator phone rings the security desk with no issues. As soon as the security phones goes off hook the elevator phone plays a message stating" Calling from elevator, press 1 to speak or 2 to get the location. This works fine in our old PBX but gets disconnected in the Cisco envirenment. I personally think it's a timeout issue but dont seem to be able to locate where the problem is. If we press 1 within 2 seconds the call gets established with no issue but if we answer the phone and wait more that 2 seconds the call gets disonnected. I increased the timeout interdigits to 12 second under voice-port but no joy. Do you guys have any idea where the proble is?
