When going off-hook on an analog phone attached to a VG310 or VG350 FXS port, I receive inside dial tone. I dial 9 and continue to hear the same inside dial tone (frequency). I can continue to dial the outgoing number and the call will go through. I have verified that the FXS is showing the 2 different dial tones through DEBUG SCCP ALL;

With all of our SIP phones, 8841 and 8861, we receive a different tone for outside dial tone when 9 is pressed. Is it possible to get the VG310 and or VG350 to give a different tone for outside dial tone?

Our VG310/350 are using SCCP to CUCM 10.52

Then outside tone for outside calls must be configured inside your cucm, also it must be enabled by default.
