Hello,
I am having Cisco 2801 router with IOS "cc2801-ipvoicek9-mz.124-20.T5.bin", i have installed VIC2-FXO on slot 2 [ this slot accepts only WICs and VICs] and VIC2-2FXS on slot0 [This slot only accepts VICs]
but the problem is that they both are not showing in show run and show voice port summmary command.
i issued command show diag and found the below out for both slot:

I assume that you mean VIC2-2FXS no -2FXO in the above quote. The VIC-2FXS is not supported in your config. Why the router is showing the incorrect part number in 'show diag' is a mystery. Are you positive you have a vic2-2fxs and not a vic-2fxs? The part number
800-02493-04
is the part number for a VIC-2FXS. So, you will want to check VIC to ensure you do have a VIC2-2FXS. If the VIC is labeled as VIC2 then you may want to contact Tac who can use the serial number to see if there was a defect in manufacturing or distribution.

yes i typed FXo By mistake, yes its labelled with VIC2-2FXS, i have one more card with same model number. its behaving the same.

OK. Then contact TAC because the part number in your 'show diag' output is for a VIC-2FXS NOT a VIC2-2FXS. At least, this appears to be the case from looking at my own lab.

Hello,
If you already checked the part itself and its a VIC2, we would need to check if the IOS that you are currently running supports this card, also another important detail to check is if you have DSPs to allocate to this card.
To check the version just do a "show run", and to see how many dps you have you could use the command "show voice dsp detail".
In this link you could find the minimun IOS to support each model of card
