VIC3-2FXS/DID does not show on Cisco 2911

I have a customer with a Cisco 2911 that will replace a Cisco 2821.  The show version of the Cisco 2911 (last part) is as follows

so not a DSP issue...documentation shows for the Cisco 2911 that the VIC3-2FXS/DID is supported.  Is there a global command to activate?  Very strange...

is there any light glowing on the VIC3-2FXS/DID? orange/green? also try to change the slot of the DID card.

Yes amber light was glowing.

Nadeem, also...the VIC3 was installed in slot 3...I did advise the customer to move to slot 0 and see if the issue is still the same.  Still waiting for answer from customer.  Will advise...thx.

Hi, after you installed the card did you reboot ? The cards are not hot swappable so if you havent rebooted since its been inserted this will need to be done.
