Video call between sites

I have a Cisco 8845 VoIP phone at a remote site that is configured to ring automatically to a group of 8945 phones at our main campus (for a Help Desk-type scenario) using PLAR.  The 8845 uses SIP while the 8945 use SCCP, but it worked as intended when testing at the main campus, before it was brought to the remote site.  The video and audio worked on both ends and it called automatically when the handset was lifted.  Now, we brought the phone to a remote site, which has an ISR configured for SRST, and it is not working.  I can answer the call at the main campus, and see and hear the other site (the one with the 8845 and the SRST), but they cannot see or hear me.  Is there something that needs to be configured to get it to work between sites?  Thanks.

Hi,

One way audio issue most likely happened due to in-complete routing. Can you test the connectivity between two end points from head office to branch office ?

you can start with reach voice vlan SVI at HQ from Voice vlan SVI at branch.
