Video call is not getting established with 7985

Hi,

I have 2 cisco 7985 phones and 2 CUVA(IP Communicator), im able make video calls between these 2 phones in LAN environment.

But in WAN environment its not working (Voice call is working via 7985), the setup is show in the attached diagram.

PIX 525 Firewall - i have configured like permit any any between CUCM and Ip phones in the branch. should i allow the IP phones (from the 2 branches also, but even without this im able to establish voice call) between branches.

CUCM 6.1.0 : Phones are in same Region, same location

The bandwidth between the sites is 10Mbps MPLS link, QOS is NOT configured, And all swithes are unmanaged( NO QOS can be configured).

I suspect the issue is with qos...Am i missing something??

A lack of QoS cannot prevent RTP audio from being passed. Either the issue is with your firewall (audio and video are two separate RTP streams on separate ports); or, CUCM is refusing the video portion of the call. If they are in the same region/location of CUCM (and you do not have device mobility turned on) then it must be the firewall. Try allowing any any between the phones; media is not proxied through CUCM.
