Any assistance would be appreciated: Viper device with 6.1.1. software; registers with CUCM 11.5.1.17900-52 no isssue;
device has latest keying material/firefly key; device will not go secure; it immediately after unlocking and inserting pin; it displays "Communications Error" :
It is setup as 7961G-GE: V.150 has been setup on CUCM 11.5.1.17900-52; V.150 is also configured on the device (Media Resource Group List) it does work as a device regular IP phone.
