Visual call pickup notification duration

Hello:

After upgrade to CCM4.2.3 we have aktivated the very helpfull feature "visual call pickup notification". But the problem is, that this visual notification appears only for 10 seconds on the display after the notification starts.

Does anyone know, if it's possible to extend this notification time?

We clarified that with the BU also and they stated that it will work, but they won't support it officially.
