We have Unity Connection 9.1 sccp integration with CUCM9.1, I have both voice mail profile and Visual Voice mail profile configured.
When i click on message button on phone, its shows both profiles, for some users they requires only visual voice mail. In that case can i remove the voice mail profile and keep the visual voice mail profile only for some users? I tried to make it 'none' from 'VM profile' and subscribed the visual voice mail service. But its not working at all.? Does any one tried this?
