Problem Description ::: Facing an issue with the Unity Connection "Visual Voicemail" to "Audio Voicemail Conversion" . User wants to change his voicemail message from his phone. logs in to voicemail – defaulted to visual voicemail – and then tries to switch to the audio voicemail. It looks like it is switching -- voicemail connected state comes up comes on the phone -- but there is no audio.
Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.5.1ES102.15900-102.
Phone type : 7942
Needed to confirm if this is due to the bug ID : bug CSCtc94879 or bug ID : CSCtc73842 . Also if I am not wrong -- does downgrading the phone firmware
"SCCP42.9-2-3S" to "SCCP42.8-5-2S" .
Appreciate some quick guidance on this. Tried using this documentation ::
