Hello All, One of my customers recently reported their inability to make outbound calls. The ISP has been contacted, and they have been insisting there's a loopback on the router, but I have logged on to the router and there is no loopback.

That is just a part of the configuration page, please provide the entire configuration of the port.

As you can see your gateway registration is in an unknown status so we need to dig more.

Please post the output of the following commands:

show ccm-manager

show mgcp

debug issn q921

The last command should have been debug isdn q921 and you also need to turn on terminal monitor to see the output in the terminal window.

Why its showing in below output as Primary CCM Down, Secondary CCM Down?
Should it not show call manager FQDN/IP?
Is source address properly defined and ISDN bind L3 command exists. 
Can you share all serial port configuration, show run int serial followed by respective port numbers

Try changing clock source to primary
You would have to reboot it or do a "no mgcp", "mgcp" to reset the gateway.
