Voice Mail Icon not clearing...

Hello everyone.

We are having an issue with a Cisco 7961 (I know, we are a little behind the times regarding technology).  It appears that the Voice Mail Envelope Icon is not clearing when the Voice Mail's are checked. This phone has multiple lines going into it and it appears that only one line has the indicator light. That extension on his phone says IPCC 7929, which is the extension.  The Voice Mail profile for the line is pointing to a Nortel system, which is our current Voice Mail provider. We haven't seen this issue before with any other phone.  I'm curious if anyone has any insight on this issue.

Two steps

1) Try to factory reset the phone OR

2) The mwi provided from nortel .So it should have mwi off , mwi on numbers

Try to find this numbers and dial the mwi off number from the cisco phone
