I am currently having problems with voice mail. When a voice mail is left from an outside caller everything works fine. When a voice mail is left from an internal caller the voice mail does not work. I do not get a light on the phone indicating that there is a voice mail, I do not get an email indicating that there is a voice mail, and when I check my messages, there is no voice mail. The voice mail that was left is in limbo.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check if the VM's are stuck in this folder C:\CommServer\UnityMTA\Failed
Also verify if an error is generated in the Application log, if yes, what error are you getting?
What is the Unity version?

The VM's are not stuck in this folder.
We are receiving some application errors event ID 10015.
The Unity version is 4.0.5
