Voice-Port command is not recognizing in Cisco 4321 Router

I am trying to configure the FXO port in cisco 4321router but the command voice-port in not recognizing. It is always throwing error

I have Latest Software Version: 16.06.01

NAME: "NIM subslot 0/2", DESCR: "NIM-2FXO Voice Analog Module"
PID: NIM-2FXO , VID: V02 , SN: XXXXXXX

I have seen this on router, is it creating any problem

Do I need to activate anything to get this work

Number 1: Do you have the license activated for UC services on the gateway?

Number 2: That’s far from the latest version of IOS for that particular model of router. If I’m not wrong it would be 17.7 something.

1) Yes license activated for UC services on the gateway

2) Software version above 3.X should support voice commands, and all other site routers are having same software version.

Please share the output from sh license all. My comment on the version had noting to do with if the commands would or would not be present, just an observation that you're not using the latest version as you stated in your original post.

Per your shared output the UC service license is not in use, very likely because you have not accepted the EULA.

license accept end user agreement
license boot level uck9

Then reboot the router.

Sorry for the delay in reply!!!

License State: Active, Not in Use, EULA not accepted, yes it is in not use state. That is created the problem.

Below Two commands fixed my issue.

license boot level uck9
license right-to-use move uck9
