Hi All,
I'm trying to learn if we can have some defined path to follow when trying to troubleshoot "random" voice quality issue - echo/underwater sounds | call drops. Is there a sequence of things which should be checked when dealing with such issues.
Like check
1.ping round trip time
2.ping hop to hop
/
Also can a wireshark capture help isolate the issue ?
what all we should be checking in the wireshark captures for voice quality issue ?
or any other free tools which can be used for isolating such issues as we know if there is a vocie quality issue it be related to mostly packet loss or drop. This is my understanding and it be great to hear from everyone what all check they do when faced such issues.
I'm quite new to the concepts so bear with my knowledge and understanding of the things.
