The product requirements are pretty clearly spelled out in the specialization requirements of your partnership agreement.
The last time I went through this in a Gold audit the auditor was more interested in the ability to lead the fictional customer through a business requirements conversation and then to just demo the key products/features that supported the requirements discussed. He was comparitvely uninterested in whether we knew the 100 features of product X and focused on our ability to explain how product X solved a business problem. Each auditor is different though.
