Voicemail and Line Groups

Is it possible to configure a member of a Line Group to receive voice mail on unanswered incoming calls?

Here is the configuration:

Unity 7.0.2

CUCM 6.1.2

Have a voice menu setup (Call Handler) to allow a caller to make several choices to route their call.  One of the choices is to transfer the call to an Operators group.  (This is not to be confused with the built in OPERATOR Call Handler in Unity.)  If a caller wants to speak with an staff operator they make a selection from the keypad which then hands off the call to another Call Handler.  This Call Handler is configured to transfer the call to an internal extension configured as the Hunt Pilot extension.

Have configured a Line Group (LG) with 3 members.  Each member is assigned in the LG with their primary extension (line 1).

The LG is configured to "Try next member, but do not go to the next group" on No Answer, Busy and Not Available.

The Hunt List is configured with the LG and the checkbox "For Voice Mail Usage" is checked.

The Hunt Pilot is configured with the Hunt List, set to "Route this pattern", "Provide outside dialtone".

I can use the Attendant Console to monitor the incoming call and this is what I see:

The call comes in and is routed to the first configured extension, after 4 rings it rolls to the next configured extension, 4 more rings it goes to the final configured extension, rings 4 times, and then goes to a reorder (fast busy) tone.  The AC pops up the messge "Failed to make a new call".

What I would like to have happen, is on the final ring on the last extension have the call transfer to a Unity subscriber account.  The subscriber account would be the account assigned to the first extension configured in the Line Group.

I have configured the extension assigned to the Hunt Pilot in the subscribers account as and alternate extension but that did not work.

Any suggestions on how to configure this feature, if possible?

The Alternate Extension portion of the config is required, so that part is correct.

On the Hunt Pilot Page set the Forward No Answer and Forward Busy to go to the Unity

Try testing again.
