voicemail going to cisco unity connection messaging system instead of my extensions voicemail

I set up CUCM and CUC in my home lab.  I'm using a Cisco CSR1000V to connect to my sip provider (flowroute).  Everything works fine; I have my flowroute DID going directly to an extension.  My problem is that when my inbound calls route to voicemail, they are going to Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System instead of the extensions voicemail.

What could be causing this?  I'm at a loss.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there

My first guess goes to the routing tables in the Unity Cxn. What format are you sending the DID to Unity Cxn. The best way to find out is download RTMT from System Settings > Plugins.

Log in with Application username and password, select Unity Connection > Port Monitor. Select the server and start polling. You can find all the information about the call, like the last redirect etc.

Another way is rPSM (Remote port status monitor). You can download that and monitor the ports.

here is the how to do

Hope this helps!

Cheers
