We have our service desk set-up in a hunt group with 74455 as the hunt pilot.
We also have a voicemail account in unity on Ext 74455.
We no longer have a physical phone for ext 74455 but we are wanting to have a light or similar that lets the service desk know when there is voicemail
How can we do that?

one way to do this is to create a second line on all phones and label that extension as Service Desk VM in CUCM. Put this extension as alternate extension for your Unity mailbox.

On the subscriber record under messages, you can add alternate MWI extensions to light the lamp when there is a message; however, users will need to understand that the light will go on/off but they will need to log into the appropriate mailbox.
The other options are: 1) Distribution list in Unity or 2) Dispatch message in Unity Connection.
