Voicemail Message

I need to copy a voicemail message off of the Unity conn 7 server,

I cant figure out how to add the extension to my my PCA to do so, I can do it on my mailbox with out an issue. I think only one person can be on the mail box at one time?

Is there another way to get the voicemail message out of unity?

Hi Neal,

Just a thought here, can you forward the message from the mailbox where

it exists to your mailbox so you can pull it off via PCA?

I could but I would need to send someone to do it,

its about a 7 mile drive. User was frustrated because of the mess

age, I dont want to walk through sending the message to me.....making the situation worse.

It would be nice if I had an account that I could give control over the box for a few minutes copy the messages off then, remove the control over that box.

Hi Neal,

Gotcha...no use making matters worse You could always go for a nice roadtrip

and grab a Java (just kidding). What if you tweak your mailbox temporarily and then change the alias

on the mailbox in question to yourself so you can control the PCA access long enough to archive

the "problem" message??
