VOIP Call Transfer Timing

When transfering outside caller A from phone 1 to phone 2, is there a way to either only display the outside caller A information on tranfer or reduce the amount of time phone 1 information is display before outside caller A information is displayed.  Running UCM 7.1.5

If you're doing a supervised transfer that's expected to happen, it's only when you press transfer for the second time that the call is connected to phone 2 and the info is sent.
